MyRest® is a multifunctional sensory pillow designed to provide dynamic deep pressure and tactile and proprioceptive stimulation during rest, relaxation and sleep.

Its versatility makes it possible to use the same sensory resource in different positions: between the legs, under the legs, against the back or shoulders, while sitting or lying down.

Inside, 50 mm EVA plastic balls move slightly in response to body movements. This creates changing points of pressure and provides clear tactile and proprioceptive information that can support body awareness, calm and regulation.

Two sides, two sensory experiences

MyRest® has two sides offering different levels of sensory input:

• One side allows the balls to be perceived more directly, providing clearer and more dynamic sensory stimulation.
• The other side has additional padding that softens the sensation of the balls and provides a gentler sensory experience.

Simply turn the pillow over to choose the sensation that best suits the user at any given moment.

Restless legs, relaxation and sleep

The manufacturer particularly indicates MyRest® for sleeping difficulties associated with restless legs and growing pains.

Its multifunctional format also allows it to be used:

• Between the legs when lying down.
• Under the legs when sitting or resting.
• Before bedtime to provide sensory input and help reduce restlessness.
• During the night as sensory support between the legs.
• Against the back or shoulders when sitting on a sofa or armchair.
• During periods of daytime rest and relaxation.

The manufacturer also describes its use for physical and mental restlessness and discomfort in the legs, back and shoulders.

Alone or combined with other sensory resources

MyRest® can be used as an independent sensory resource or combined with other sensory products.

It is particularly easy to integrate with BallBase or Ball Blanket®, adding localised sensory stimulation where additional support is desired.

Cleaning and maintenance

MyRest® can be washed at up to 60 °C according to its care instructions.

Use a washing machine with a minimum capacity of 7 kg and spin at low speed. Do not use stain removers or detergents containing bleach or perfume. Regular airing is recommended.
